Goat Yoga

Goat Yoga is great for your mental health- and we’re not kiDding around! We started doing goat yoga in 2016 on a whim. Since then we’ve witnessed the amazing benefits it has had on participants of all ages. Since then we’ve decided to keep offering this stress relieving service.
